Founded by Samantha Gibson, Shine Fitness Training focuses on helping clients build strength, confidence, and ease in their bodies through intentional, sustainable training. The goal is simple: to make fitness feel supportive, empowering, and realistic, rather than overwhelming or intimidating.
With a background in kinesiology and exercise science, Samantha brings an evidence-based approach to training that emphasizes mobility, functional strength, and whole-body wellness. Each program is tailored to the individual, recognizing that no two bodies, lifestyles, or goals are the same.
Originally launched in 2021 as a response to the need for flexible, high-quality training outside of traditional gym environments, Shine Fitness Training has continued to grow while staying rooted in its core values: personalized care, intelligent movement, and long-term health.
Now based in Tampa, Florida, Shine Fitness Training works with both in-person and virtual clients, offering a calm, supportive space for those looking to move better, feel stronger, and build a healthier relationship with their body.
